Interesting Comment from a Customer

I few days ago I received an email from one of my customers. Our conversation topic caused me to do a lot of pondering. I know you are curious now what we were talking about! She wanted to know if 4x4 die cuts would work in the 2x2 squeeze hand tool. I answered her back and gave her some other option to go with the tools she already owned. The conversation continued along the lines of, so many tools and options and very little money to "KEEP UP". I posed the question Why do we have to keep up? If we are happy where we are why do we need to spend our limited resources?

What do you think?

She told me that the advice I had just given her was the best advise she had ever gotten from a retailer. I think she was telling me very politely that I am not a very good sales person. As I said before, this conversation got me to thinking. I teach a card class in my home every month where we make 4 projects. I am going to offer you lady's a part in this if you are interested. I will post pictures of the projects. We do 3 cards and 1 goodie/treet holder every time. The majority of the materials I use are things that have been at Stamp Attic for quite some time. I will be the 1st to admit that sales are not where I would like them to be, so I am not able to get as many new products in as I would like to. But that's okay because I have lots of other products to choose from. Any way I would like you lady's to be able to purchase from Stamp Attic at an small fee the card kits that are ready to be assembled. I think we all need to be able to have some creative time. These kits will enable you to be able to do this. They will be all cut out, stamped and ready to go. Sometimes you will need to do some coloring with chalks, water color pencils, marker or even crayons. Just any coloring media that you have. If there is sewing that needs to be done I will do it for you. You will get full easy instructions. If you need help putting them together I am only an email away. I will post pictures of the projects so that you can see before you buy. Here is the first picture of a cute Easter/Spring Gable box that we made at this months class. I have not got the page ready on the site yet for ordering. It will take me a few days to get this going and I have some commitments that I need to fulfill this week but I will get working on it asap. In the mean time if you are interested please email me and let me know. Sula@stampattic.com Thanks for looking. Have a Great week!
